I would give more stars if I could! From the moment you walk through the door, you know your pets are in the very best hands. Every single member of the team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, kindness, and compassion. They genuinely treat every animal as if they were their own, taking the time to reassure both pets and their owners every step of the way. The staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also some of the loveliest, most caring people you could hope to meet. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their dedication shines through in everything they do. We have followed Lucy to this adventure as she is the best vet we have ever come across! Both my dogs adore her as do we. We are so grateful for the outstanding care they have given our family. They truly are an amazing team, and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Especially recently with our Pup Betty, if it wasn't for Lucy and her team we wouldn't be making memories with her today! Thank you for everything you do—you are all absolutely incredible!

Words will never be enough to express my gratitude to Heartwood Vets. After feeling unhappy with my previous vet, I’m so glad we found Heartwood. In just one consultation, we received more help, answers and reassurance than we had in months elsewhere. Lucy was incredibly thorough in investigating my Labrador lameness and changes in her gait. After detailed examinations, x-rays and a consultation with a visiting specialist, all of our worries were ruled out. Having clear answers after so much uncertainty was an enormous relief. The care, kindness, compassion and professionalism shown by Lucy and her incredible team were truly second to none. Edie was treated with such love and attention, and I felt supported every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question and make sure I understood all of our options. I cannot thank the team enough for taking such wonderful care of my precious girl. I wholeheartedly recommend Heartwood Vets to anyone looking for a new vet, seeking a second opinion, or simply wanting to support a fantastic independent local business. The practice itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, calm, welcoming, and unlike any veterinary practice I’ve visited before. Highly recommend Lucy and her team. Heartwood is an independent (no corporation cost) providing excellent veterinary care for your pets. After recently changing to heartwood I can honestly say it was the best thing I did for my companions. Good honest veterinary care where the needs of the animals come first. Keep up the amazing work!!🤗

Feel very lucky to have found this independent vet practice just up the road from me. Lucy gave both my dogs a thorough examination and quickly found what the problem was, provided a clear treatment plan and took time to discuss it. Great facilities & really lovely staff too.
