My dogs have always attended this practice. I needed them yesterday when my dog became very ill. I couldn’t get an appt until the following day. We found another vet who put Archie to sleep. I asked for an appt at 6 they were open till 7. I expected them to help in an emergency but they couldn’t be bothered

Excellent practice and the staff are very friendly. My dog usually hates going to the vets but not at Companion Care. 10/10 service.

CC Winchester acted with the upmost care & dedication which was major surgery for my dog. Very lucky to have them as a vet. Highly recommend them.

The service has gone downhill recently. For the last few appointments I've had to wait due to emergencies and other appointments going over. I understand appointments being behind but a call prior to let you know would be appreciated - you're often waiting for 30+ minutes in the small waiting room which isn't ideal with anxious pets
